2011 "Owney the Postal Pooch"

I have submitted this cover to the Smithsonian National Postal Museum for consideration to be included in the William H. Gross Stamp Gallery display.

I will be painting ONLY 16 of this design.

Number 1 of 16 is going to the Smithsonian.

Numbers 2, 3, & 4 of 16 have already been ordered...

leaving only 12 more available for ordering.

2011 Merchant Marines - Liberty Ship

I did this design to be used on the AFDCS Chapter 65 Cachetmakers Association's "Left-Sider Newsletter" Mailing Cover.

The image above is actually hand painted on a Standard #6 envelope.

(The Newsletter will be sent in a "Printed #10" version see image below:)

I plan to do a separate design for each of the four stamps in the

Merchant Marines Issue... each appropriate to the image on each stamp.
