Noticed that it's been awhile since my last blog posting...  Still working with a very large backlog of orders... but, that's a good thing as long as everyone continues being patient in their wait.

With permission from the Collector buying the current group of eight covers I entered one of his in the 2008 AFDCS Cachet Contest.  The competition is stiff, but it'll be fun just to see if the entry gets any recognition.  I entered the Dual Cancel - Chinese New Year / Frank Sinatra - "The Year of the Rat Pack" cover in the Hand Drawn - Hand Painted category... We'll see how it goes with winners announced this coming August.

Due to the amount of time and effort I put into each cover I have found it necessary to raise pricing very slightly.  Standard design covers with one stamp are now $40 each... any with two stamps or more are $45 each.

I have been able to produce many designs for the 2008 Issues... with even more already on the Schedule... looking forward to some orders for the really cool issues in 2009.  I also have several 2006 and 2007 blanks that I've never had orders for that I'd love to create designs for.  All it takes is someone with interest in them to place an order.

Not that I really NEED more orders right now... with 106 covers on the schedule I have more than I can do in the next few months.  But, I'm getting used to having the schedule full and don't want to see it dry up any time soon either!
