A Busy Month!
I want to thank everyone for visiting the website and for the continued interest in my cachet covers! The past four or
five weeks have been some of the busiest I've had since starting Emrick Cachets. I think the USCS Convention Cover
really took a lot of my time up and it's been a real challenge to keep up with the orders. I currently am working
on one very unusual 10" x 13" Catalog Envelope with a full set of the 1987 Wildlife Issue on it.
I also am finishing up an order for three each of the newest Garbo Dual Cancel designs (#4 and #5). I have accepted
a request for a couple of Naval Cover Cachets and have an order for four of the standing designs to paint... but there's
always room for another! If you order now it will take about two weeks to complete your order. Thanks again for
visiting, please sign in on the Guest Book and let me know your interests... or just give comments or suggestions. Bob

Universal Ship Cancellation Society - Convention Cover Design Completed!
I have just finished the design for the USCS 75th Anniversary - RMSS Convention Cover. I will be posting a "mock-up"
(without the stamp) as soon as I get the "ok" from the USCS folks. I will also post a link that will send
you to the right web page to place an order with the USCS if you so desire.
I really enjoyed
working on this design... learned a lot about the Theme - "Operation Highjump - 1946-47".
The
covers that will be sold by the USCS will be printed - not hand painted - some in color - and I understand that some will
be in black only.
I will however be having about 16 blank covers cancelled with the
Pictorial Cancel (which I designed for them also) and I will be HAND PAINTING and NUMBERING these. I will be using the
Aurora Australis (Southern Polar Lights) Stamp that ties in nicely with the "Operation Highjump" theme of the design.
Should have something to show you in a few days! Thanks again! Bob
